Return & Refund Policy
At Drift & Dwell, each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days
- Proof of purchase is required
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened fragrance oils
- Used diffuser care products
- Discovery sets and 5 mL atomizers
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund once issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.
